Pierogi (dough cooked and filled with cheese, meat, etc)


  • 2 lb of flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tea.spoon of salt
  • 2 spoons of rapeseed oil
  • 1 or more glasses of lukewarm water

Mix all the ingredients to obtain homogenous dough, if needed add some more flour. Afterwards roll over it using an In-My- Wood roller and make your favourable imprint . Cut out circles using for example the top of a glass, add the seasoned filling. Fold the piece so that the pattern is outside. Close the edges firmly and insert such prepared dough into the boiling water. Cook it until the pieces come up to the surface.
