Biscuits with butter from Thermomix

You need:

  • 3.5 oz of sugar
  • 7.0 oz of butter
  • 10.5 oz wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1.5 tea-spoon of vanilla sugar

Put all the ingredients into the mixer using a paddle during 40 seconds and 5 revolutions. Make a ball from the dough and put it into another container and cover it. Leave it in the fridge for 30 min. Spread it by the roller and use a cookie cutter of different forms and display them on the baking tray previously covered with baking paper. Insert it all into the previously heated oven at 180ºC and leave it for 10-12 min. When the cookies have turned golden , take them out. Leave them to cool down. Following this recipe one gets on average 40 cookies.
